Mindful Summer 5 Day Challenge

Join in our Mindful Summer 5 Day Challenge at 9.00am daily – with an
optional 6th day to round off the week or to make up any missed day.

  • We will sit in a gentle secular mindfulness practice for 30 minutes
    daily with the theme of ‘taking in the good’ and resting in our own
    presence.
  • Each day I will guide the practice, starting with our intention and motivation as we move into a 20 minute sit.
  • Some mornings may start with a few minutes of seated mindful movement or a poem to inspire.

30 minute online practice each day for 5 days
