Join me for the Autumn Mindfulness 5 Day Challenge, when, for 30 minutes a day Monday to Friday, we will gather online via Zoom to see what benefits a regular practice might bring.
Simply send me your email address I will send you the reoccurring Zoom link to be used for each of the days’ practice. An extra bonus day will take place on Saturday 15th at the same time, for anyone who needs to miss a day. Or join in again to round off the whole week!
- We will sit in a gentle secular mindfulness practice for 30 minutes
daily with the theme of ‘taking in the good’ and resting in our own
presence. - Each day I will guide the practice, starting with our intention and motivation as we move into a 20 minute sit.
- Some mornings may start with a few minutes of seated mindful movement or a poem to inspire.
30 minute online practice each day for 5 days
